Ayesha is a foreign exchange student from Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. Ayesha was selected from over 9,000 students to be one of 100 scholarship holder sponsored by the company that sent her to Delta State University where she majors in English. Although she is far away from home, she does not find the transition from Pakistan to Mississippi hard at all. During her leisure time, she finds herself sometimes listening to music and reading novels. Furthermore, her future plans after her time is up at Delta State are to go back to Pakistan to complete her degree and to one day become a great officer as well as a gold medalist. Consequently, during her time at Delta State, she has learned to appreciate others and hopes to one day use what she has learned here to affect Azad Kashmir in a positive way.
