Moukthida (she/her) is an adventurous exchange student hailing from Vientiane, Laos. She plans to make a significant impact during her short stay at Delta State in the Spring of 2024. Embracing the diversity of cultures is a core passion for Moukthida, which is evident in her pursuit of an English major, with the goal of teaching English to children upon graduation. Beyond the classroom, Moukthida's love for exploration extends to her dream of experiencing life in the USA and forging connections with people from different walks of life. Her enthusiastic spirit and open-mindedness make her an ideal candidate for creating meaningful cross-cultural connections during her time at Delta State. As she embarks on this journey, Moukthida lives by her motto, "Nothing is perfect, so make lots of mistakes and laugh with it," a philosophy that reflects her resilience and positive outlook on life.
