Jamelia Mason, a business administration and English creative writing major, is passionate about building bridges connecting people from various backgrounds, ethnicities, experiences and beliefs through creative and educational means. Jamelia is an educator and creative at the core; however, she is taking a leap of faith by pursuing creative writing instead of her initial major, elementary education. Additionally, Jamelia loves singing, cooking, filmmaking, designing, dreaming, business and marketing. She also competed in the Miss Mississippi USA pageant in 2022
